Our bags can take up to 75 items. You can order extras if needed.
SCHEDULE a pICK UP
We charge a $10 pick-up fee and will come to your home or office. We can pick up from your porch or one of our team members will meet you in person.
One of our trained intake professionals reviews every item by hand to determine what will sell. You'll receive an email within 14 business days with your items’ value and a fair-market guide to help value your donated items for a charitable tax-deduction.
We pay you within 14 business days for items we can sell immediately. You’ll receive a payment on the 20th of each month as your higher-priced items and off-season items sell with our consignment partners.
Items we can't sell are donated to local nonprofits that help those who need them most. Items in poor condition are sold to textile recyclers to keep them out of landfills. (All revenue from these items is given to our nonprofit partners).
