REQUEST A KIT

Our clean-out kit includes packing tips and 1-2 heavy-duty, waterproof bags for all of your unwanted women's, men's and children's clothes, shoes and accessories..

FILL YOUR BAG

Our bags can take up to 75 items. You can order extra bags for $5.

SCHEDULE a pICK UP

We charge a $10 service fee to pick up your bag(s) from your home or office and process your items for sale and/or donation. One of our team members also can meet you in person.

CONFIRMATION

One of our trained intake professionals reviews every item by hand to determine what will sell. You'll receive an email within 14 business days with your items’ value and a fair-market guide to help value your donated items for a charitable tax deduction.

PAYMENT

Our payment structure is straightforward. We pay you via PayPal within 14 business days for items we can sell immediately. You receive 30% to 80% of the selling price. For higher-priced items we sell with our consignment partners, you’ll receive payment on the 20th of each month.

dONATION

Items we can't sell are donated either to local nonprofits to support the local community or to textile recyclers to keep them out of landfills.
